Thanks for your sentiments, guys.

However, I think it's for the best. I really don't /want/ to work with people like that. I wanted to do something to help CF grow in its ministry, but you know what? Trying to do that with the things going on would result in nothing but aggravation and frustration. Hopefully God will give those of us who want to help a better way to do so.

I think it's sad that staff is more worried about secrecy than bringing people onto the team that want to see the ministry thrive. It actually makes me pretty angry. Oh well.
You might want to try applying to a team that's less secretive. I'm not sure all of them would reject you. Theology is very diverse & has very few secrets. If you like those forums, you might want to apply there.

Would you be interested in the Theology Team?

We need to be more careful. The word might get out that Team Theology serves wine instead of Kool Aid.

Nah, I think I'm done with mod apps for now. I'm moving to Milwaukee in one week, and I'm going to be stressed enough as it is. I'll keep Theology in mind should I ever feel up to the task again, however.

Trying to keep my mind occupied right now. My girlfriend is on her way home from the doctors following a series of tests to determine the cause of a mass detected in her lower abdomen. She's got a strong history of cancer in her family and the doctors said that there's a possibility that it could be a tumor, so we're all a little freaked out right now.

Add to that a supervisor promotion I was given to a residence that is currently in the midst of three (!!!) investigations, and I'm just a little overwhelmed right now. Seebs, got another bullet saved for me?

Anywho, I'll be lurking in and out of here over the next few days. Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts, all, and wish us luck! :frown:
Minion! Good to see you! I had been wondering where you had gone off to. I will be keeping you in my thoughts.
