I've just read Dave's "contribution". Early use of camels? I'll take "Lewis Black sketch about bestiality" for $400 please, Alex.

Just WOW!

Welcome aboard Louis. We've missed you over at RDF.

Oh, and take a scout around some other threads while you're here. You might like these:

Maybe we should coin a new verb, something like "Dave-stalking" for this new phenomenon- ever since he popped up on AtBC, we all follow him from forum to forum, waiting with bated breath to see him come up with (a) repeats of the highlights (there WAS SO a Flood!) and (b) gems of his own (Portuguese). It's like being a Spinal Tap groupie or something.

SAW: Well, Spinal Tap seems appropriate. I just wish I'd hear a few NEW tunes, the same ol' song and dance is getting a bit stale. Maybe if the amps crank up to 11... and we find an inflatable satan.

{Puts on most nasal and accountant-esque voice, dripping with overbearing pedantry, pushes half moon spectacles up bridge of nose}

I think you will find Mr Deadman that I have been here for quite some time, oh yes indeed.

Although I am very grateful to be welcomed so belatedly by my colleagues in addiction to the Hard Tard that our friend Dave produces, one notes that the Tard being produced is very much of previous flavours. This offers little in the way of novel entertainment, but still some minor satisfaction might be garnered.

Louis

P.S. Calilesseia, I miss you all too. Oh no now I'm going to cry. I was wondering just what lengths I would have to go to at RDF ;-) Now I know!

P.P.S. Wow Davie is chuntering away on other areas of IIDB. Should we apologise for infecting them or ask for payment for the forthcoming entertainment? Did I see references to that thoroughgoing charlatan and personage of less than pleasant aspect "GoP" Deadman? Don't tell me we've got GoP and AFD here?

"WE HAD AN INFLATABLE SATAN THAT WAS IN DANGER OF BEING CRUSHED BY A DWARF!"

Meanwhile, back on topic, I notice that we haven't heard much mention of flood modelling so far ...

I'll bide my time. It's too good to miss when it does make its arrival on the scene.

Yea, verily, the tard shall flow like the waters of the Nile itself. Waves of tard shall rise up and inundate the land. Tard shall rain from the skies as though God's plump cherubim were weeping tears of laughter.

So let it be written, so let it be done!
