I once saw Jerry Falwell on a TV interview, and he seemed to me to be dishonest and sleazy, as if he'd claim that Jesus Christ had been homosexual if he thought that that would make him friends.

When he was asked about whether building the B-1 bomber was a "fundamental Christian principle of morality" or some such, he responded that that's why God had given us gray matter, but then went on to assert essentially what he had earlier seemed to deny, that building that bomber was a "fundamental Christian principle of morality".

And when he was asked whether he ever had any doubts, he smugly said that he always has doubts.

As to Benny Hinn going to a doctor, that is not new. Mary Baker Eddy, founder of Christian Science, wore glasses and took morphine.

I have had this great desire to show up at a Benny Hinn healing circus. Stand there in the lineup with all the poor deluded pitiful people, do my best impression of Tim Conway and ask Benny to heal my broken pop-up toaster. :Cheeky:

I spent much of my naval career in Norfolk, Virginia (and some of it right down the road from CBN World Headquarters), so I've had far too much exposure to these two *censored*.
