Stormy was looking for my username in another forum. She dropped off the 'The', so was unable to find me. That's all.

Not really, no. In general, music with instrumentation other than the duff (drum) is frowned upon.

In general, recitation of the of the Qur'an follows particular forms that could be described as musical, but they're voice only.

We do have a form of religious music called nasheed. All nasheed are sung, some without accompaniament, some with just duff and some with the full arab orchastra. If you'd like to include something from the muslim tradition, I'd highly recommend nasheed. Let me go dig about and see what I can come up with that would be good.
