Since public restrooms were few and far between back in those days, I'm sure Jesus did his share of stain-making on walls.

That's because making stains on the wall is a terrible sin.

In Corinthians we read that Christians are to avoid even the appearance of evil, so since pissing on a wall can get you in real deep shit, an ordinary water stain is probably a divine misdomeaner.

Doh! So what is the technical term for the nooky between the HS and Mary? Or what is it IVF?

But where does it stop? Surely all of Mary's predecessors would have to be holy!

A new market! Holy relics of certain holy stains on ancient walls!

I don't know if there is one "technical term". "Miraculous conception", "virginal conception", or simply "virgin birth"...

In the "Immaculate Conception", "conception" refers to the infusion of Mary's soul (free from original sin) into the fertilized ovum/zygote, and not to the sex act between Mary's parents itself. She was physically conceived in the normal way, but miraculously her soul was injected by the Holy Ghost without the taint of original sin.

Weird stuff, this.

My NIV doesn't have the part about pissing against a wall in Kings 1 14:10. It says "I will cut off from Jeroboam every last male in Israel - slave or free." Your bible sounds more entertaining.

It's certainly a civic offense where I live! Of course, the stain in question is salt run-off, not piddle. But really, if there are any miracle believers here, my question still stands: why would God or whoever is in charge of miracles do something useless like a stain? Jesus' miracles helped people, or at least got the party started (water into wine). Why would Mary waste her time with a mere publicity stunt?

One wonders why she appears in such odd ways -- why doesn't she manifest herself unmistakably during a Super Bowl or a World Cup match? And manifest herself to whatever photo or video equipment that's being used to document that event?

Or manifest herself to Catholic-haters like Jack Chick and many other fundies. Something like:

Jack, Jack, why are you persecuting me?

I challenge you people to find out where in the Bible was the inspiration for this statement.
