Not to mention the fact the the task of cleanining it would be easier. Since the forehead is a flat surface, it shouldn't be a problem to clean is properly. The only problem I can is when you get a case of the runs. Having wet shit dripple down messily from the orifice will most certainly be an unpleasant experience. If one were to look at the prospect of having a working anus over there optimistically; it would at least provide for an interesting topic of conversation.
It would also a add an interesting dimension to anal sex.
