That website in no way provides a counter-argument to the Documentary Hypothesis, that Gen 1-2:3 and Gen 2:4-3 are from different sources. Nor do I see it as seriously disagreeing with the Wikipedia article I posted, other than putting a Christian aplogetic spin on the "names of God".

That whooshing sound you hear is the point flying overhead. If Jesus didn't expect people to be perfect without failing once, why did God punish Adam and Eve the first time they failed?

This is like a parent saying, "I don't expect my child to be toilet trained in one day." The toddler wets the Persian carpet at that moment. "What the hell? You made the valuable carpet all messy! As for A&E being eternally stuck in a sinful state, I don't see how they escaped this supposed sinful state. Did Jesus wash away their sins with his blood, or did they sacrifice an animal?
