MVD?

I don't know about you, but when I got my drivers license, those letters were in a different order.
When I was that age, there was no "M" on the front.

Probably less fucked up than requiring eye protection on a scooter, though. What the fuck is our society coming to, soon you won't be allowed to walk without kneepads or talk without a mouthguard.

And yes, Harumi, curfews do exist in some locations, and they're pretty messed up too. Minors don't have many rights in the USA (and perhaps elsewhere).

I think the irony is that kids aren't allowed to stay out at certain times, aren't old enough to decide who to have sex with, and yet when they do something wrong, they're old enough to deserve capital punishment???

Thoughts like that make me furious. Thank goodness I've turned 18.

Harumi, in some places they do have curfews in place for people under 18, so that if you're found outside without an adult between a certain period of time (say, 11pm to 4am) cops can arrest you at their discretion.

Thumbs down

None of those strips are even remotely funny. At all. Period.

(well, except for Persidian's photoshop job )

Ugh. Did you see the animations?

These clowns can't even get lip-synching right.
