Iskander, I am not sure at this point what issues you are interested in discussing about this subject?
All in all, the maxim "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone" makes absolutely no sense. It defeats the very idea of social order in relation to the commission of sin or crime since no one is sinless.
Plus, since Jesus is said to be sinless he should have by his own logic cast the first stone. But maybe he was really upholding the essential fact of rabbinic Judaism in relation to capital punishment. But of course this would have nothing to do with sins of those implementing capital punishment (even in the distorted way it is presented).
