Acts and Galatians speak of Cilicia. However:

Was it customary to speak of Cilicia before 72 AD?

I think I commented on this issue in an earlier thread.

Cilicia continued to be the name for a place/region although it was not between say 27 BCE and 72 CE an administrative district or province.
