Default Did Jesus deserve to be crucified?

I think he did.

Jesus was a man claiming to be a God,That was blasphemy and he knew that saying that crap would kill him.

He wanted to be a God and he was only a man,The Jews knew that he was not the messiah because they had the OT and knew he was never part of it.

He deserved to be crucified because he broke their law and If I could build a time machine and go back to Jesus crucifixion I would join them when they were saying

Crucify him
Crucify him

He was vain and foolish and paid the ultimate price.

He deserved it.

Jesus was a man claiming to be a God

He didn't claim anything that the religious people's book didn't claim.

Psalms 82

Psalms 82
I think he did:
Mattew 26:63
The high priest said to him, I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God.
64 Yes, it is as you say, Jesus replied. But I say to all of you: In the future you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven.
65 Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy.

Psalms 82:6
I said, 'You are gods; you are all sons of the Most High.'
7 But you will die like mere men; you will fall like every other ruler.

So Jesus didn't say he was the ONLY son of God did he?

26:63 But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.

26:64 Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

What version do you have?

This version doesn't have Jesus saying "Yes, it is as you say"

New International Version UK.
I cannot read ancient Greek, in the translations I am able to read there indeed seems to be some ambiguity.

He also taught that the Jewish Law was no longer needed, he worked on the sabbath, and said nothing you eat can make you unclean. By the rules of the Torah, he should have died for that. Even if he somehow did the miracles they claim he did, he still was a false prophet because he went against the Jewish Law. In the Torah, they killed a guy for gathering wood on the sabbath, so I think they can kill Jesus too.

Yes, so why would a man like Jesus do the things he did?

He healed people and so on, even on sundays. God works incessantly doesn't God?...and also on sundays...

The charge was blasphemy and nothing else.
