				 | How many known conversions one way or the other have happened at this forum?

I look forward to reading comments from readers.

When I first started lurking here, I still considered myself a fundamentalist christian. This site has helped in my de-conversion.

Specifically this forum, BC&H? I doubt there is any member who only visits this one particular forum, so it would be impossible to measure.

There haven't been many who have openly advertised themselves; you might want to check on the "Asymmetry of Coversion" thread in GRD.

But didn't we have a thread where very many told about conversions from christian faith to atheism. and a few who left atheism for something else too sadly. I fail to search it but Mods might know. Was there maybe a sticky that made a link to it too. Look in Positive Atheism sticky resources but maybe me too optimistic. But their mods most likely remember. |

There seem to have been a handful of conversions from atheist to Christian (or at least theist) here - Classical and Roger Pearse spring to mind. At the time I teased my theist husband, who hangs out at an xian website, that when the infidels get more people to convert to theism than the Xians do, it might be time to reevaluate your beliefs (or at least your website!). |

I don't think that Roger Pearse was converted by this website. Peter Kirby became some sort of "naturalistic" Catholic the last I heard, but I don't think that this website had much to do with it. |

Oops, sorry, I think I confused Roger with Peter. Mea culpa. |
