Dave (now missing both arms and bleeding heavily): Why is nobody addressing my questions? Now I know how Galileo felt! Why isn't there a page online which shows the breakdown of the text by supposed author?

Dean et al: [Dean posts breakdown of the entire Torah on his blog, everyone else shreds Dave's arguments (again)]

Dave (hopping frantically on his one remaining leg and getting noticeably pale): Hey, here are some quote-mines which seem to support my position. [repeats previous 'arguments' for good measure]

*everyone else, now thoroughly exasperated, pulls off Dave's one remaining leg and walk off in disgust while he snaps desperately at their ankles*

Quite so, Magdyln. However, the original post by Mung Bean brings up some interesting points. The OT has some fairly incongruous books (Ruth and Esther come to mind) wherein women play crucial roles (coincidentally, or perhaps not, through various deceptions). I don't recall seeing any threads about this sort of thing lately. Any interest?
