Due almost entirely to the facts that this "someone" has never been demonstrated to exist, that this love is presented as conditional in the Bible, this "someone" has condoned immoral behavior and demonstrated a penchant for unnecessary violence in its holy book, the book from which the "knowledge" of this being comes has been shown to be in opposition to astronomy, evolutionary biology, geology, genetics, and physics. But mostly it's because the very existence of said deity has not been established, nor has any evidence at all for its positive existence been brought forth.

It is apparent then, that you haven't been reading any other posts but your own. People here are generally very rational and are quite capable of formulating an argument. By the way, unfounded assertions are not good arguments. You goal of "planting a seed" isn't likely to succeed if you can't appeal in any way to rational thought.

Nice ad hominem. Why do you consider it necessary to poison the well to further your own position? Some intellectual honesty would be nice here. When you have so warped your perception of truth to conclude that the ones who don't agree with you are hateful, you really are denying reality.

Is it necessary to your faith in your own mind to have this persecution complex? If you say that atheists hate Christians, you are spreading a unfounded lie (for this is certainly not true for the majority of atheists). Why is lying for Jesus suddenly not an immoral act?

I wouldn't say that all Christians love atheists either. Generalizations get you into trouble.

Not spite, just criticism of a belief system that has no positive evidence for its supernatural basis, and possibly some ridicule for those few that think that yelling and proselytizing without rational examination of their ideas will convince anyone.

Yeah, right! Even though it is certainly possible that you were an unbeliever, I doubt (and this can be demonstrated from your posts) that you have never examined your beliefs critically, and this can of course lead one to all sorts of erroneous conclusions. Don't you think those that have a little honest doubt about the veracity of Christianity's claims, and have actually examined the evidence that puts those beliefs up to scrutiny might be onto something?

This must be a troll. A person proclaims that those who question, and bring evidence in support of their position are "playing head games", and then says they themselves are "rational", but "nothing without Jesus". That last statement is highly irrational, but I doubt the statement will spontaneously explode due to its self-contradiction.

So really... it's been fun, but the puppet show should really stop. You are only giving Christians a bad name with these inanities.
