Default Reproductive Science - Gay Marriage

I'd like to explore something...

If Reproductive Science were to come up with a method to allow two people of the same sex to have a baby - would it be immoral?

If, through reproductive science, two people of the same sex DID have a baby, would it be immoral to prevent their marriage?

Don't get stuck on the (current) lack of medical science - let's make the assumption that such science is available. And that's not even a stretch. In vitro fertilization, Parthenogenesis, host mothers - all are known now. Perhaps an artificial womb will be needed - but that's not my question.

My question is, if gay people can reproduce in a same-sex relationship - then what objection to gay marriage would be left?

People 'feel' and sometimes conflate that feeling with what they are merely thinking and deducing, so you tell me, if it purported moral, would they be correct, and if so, how?
