When my kids were babies and I'd just changed a diaper, I'd sometimes have to pick them up before I put on the new diaper, and it bacame a sort of running joke around my house to point at their naked bottoms say something like "Ohmygod! It's a crack baby!!!"

I don't think that it scarred any of them too much...

I was just about to post a related comment. I forget exactly what was said but it was a negative expression about crack--a couple was engaged in some horseplay and it had pulled her pants down enough to show some crack. While not anything like 600 pounds she does have a few extra on her.
