No, concrete reality exists, it's just we only access it thru our subjective experience. Not just to a degree, it is wholly subjective. We tend to agree with each other with our compared experiences, enough, that we often dismiss that aspect.

These issues tend to be fairly important in Buddhism and other meditative practices.
