My sons spurn the emopants phenomenon. I must ask them how it relates to their feelings about 9/11.
Last year, I overheard Thing 2 ask a friend "Why do you wear those pants?" A blissful expression rolled over the kid's face, and he replied "I like the way they feel." Thing 2 grinned and shrugged. He still wears baggy shorts. Guess he's not a budding sybarite. |
