So all "McCristians" are females?
That's a grammar issue about avoiding sexist language. The only three solutions are to a) use his/her in every sentence. Get's old really fast. b) use female pronouns or c) use they and their for the singular person, which I consider bad grammar. That's a topic for another thread.

So if a Christian thinks that only Creationists can be Christians and stives to be the biggest honkin' Creationist out there, it isn't a bad thing?

We Neo-Pagans have been referring to our own posers as McWiccans for years.

I always thought "Fluff bunny" Wiccans was a nice linguistic contribution. Most Christians are of the fluff-bunny variety.

I like it, but it would no doubt be tastier if it had bacon on it.

What about d) use male pronouns? Why is that not one of the solutions? And by the way, I think you should start a thread on it. (If you don't, I might have to actually start a thread, and that's almost unheard of.) It would be an interesting topic. I have never understood why almost everyone automatically assumes that it is sexist to use the male pronoun as the stock pronoun when you need the singular.
