the FRDB Management and Owners are setting up a Working Group dedicated to problem solving.

The advantages of a Working group : it eliminates background noise, side bars, derails and mutual bashing. It facilitates cohesion and allows for consensus on presented solutions.

The Group will be composed of 4 to 5 BCH residents willing to volunteer their time and productive thoughts. BCH assigned Moderators' participation will also be purely voluntary. I will be mediating the Working Group's efforts.

Goal : to identify each issue, source of the issue and present feasible and effective solutions to benefit the BCH Forum and its community. To discuss the suggested Guidelines :

as any other FRDB registered Members benefiting of posting privileges on FRDB. Please, consult our Guidelines before participating.

1) BCH participants are expected to source or/and document their stated position in order for discussions to meet the intended purpose of the FRDB Mission :

2) Preaching/proselytizing is prohibited across FRDB. Please, make sure to include your personal commentary when quoting scriptures. Moderators will be removing posts which lack the presence of a personal analysis of the quoted scriptures.

3) In thread FRDB Staff Warnings and Notices are not to be dismissed. Dismissal of such official FRDB Staff Communications may result in a thread locking.

Format : Working Group members will be meeting in a temporary private Forum set up by our System Admin RayJ. The identity of the volunteering BCH residents will be protected. If you wish to volunteer, please PM me while briefly stating your motivation.
