Of course; he who is humblest will be exalted the mostest, sayeth Jesus. It's a big contest. "Heavenly Idol" or some such. "You're a totally humble, submissive, worthless piece of crap. Congratulations! You've become one of the most highly exalted entries we've had so far!"

Joyfilled The so called "quotes" by Jim Jones Jr. are in fact yours! :banghead: Did you not read them? You brought up examples of David Koresh, Jim Jones, ect.. in one of your other post saying they didn't know the Truth like you. You Think you're different from them when in fact you are not!
I agree with you that they were Ef-ed in the head, but I fail [with my incapacity to understand basic logic]to see a difference in what you David Koresh or Jim Jones preach.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel you are of no value. I tend to believe that we make our own value, so if a person feels worthless, then they will be worthless. We have to acknowledge our own value in order to be happy.

Perhaps these feelings of worthlessness that you describe are the reason why your words seem so antagonistic.

Thank you for acknowledging that I possess 'goodness'. It's a significant step to acknowledge that goodness and belief in a deity are two separate things.

As with BigBlue2, I give a lot of credit to my loving parents and family, and to my friends. I was raised well. I also credit the choices I have made, since we make and re-make our morality every day. My upbringing gave me a solid foundation, but it's up to me to remain a moral and ethical person.

When I learned that I was not the worthless piece of dung your God wants me to think I am I rebelled against your God. When I learned to think for myself I rebelled against your God.
