I have supported my claims.
Actually, you haven't. You've made a lot of claims, but given no support for them beyond "It's the truth because I know ity's the truth." Repetition does not make this so.

I will show otherwise...when you start supporting your claims. I noticed you didn't respond to the listing of documents and dates from page 1.

The evidence summary is stated. That's why you can't find fault with it. Praise the Lord!
No, just unsupported claims. Present your evidence or shut up.

"Subterranean?" Bad news...Elsewhere gets plenty of traffic. Nevertheless, I am quite sure that you are going to be crawling back to your Rapture Ready boards whining about cesnorship.

This is a foundation fact of the Bible which is a cornerstone of salvation. Some people don't want to be saved, so since their soul can not be annihilated (being made in the image of God), God then must put them some place. They can't be where we are going because there is no sin where we are going. Those who can't be where we are going can't because they prefer to remain in sin.

My hope is that there is no preaching here, and a discussion along this line of reasoning that can then take us to the proof itself such as the eyewitness accounts, miracles, sinless selflessness of Christ, Jesus himself saying He is God, which no man has ever been able to match, martyrs in His name, instances of people seeing Him resurrected and so forth.

I trust that you are aware we have at least 145 different facts of Christ, 49 earliest documents, even 17 that are secular. 12 of those secular documents speak of His death. 7 even speak of His diety. Nothing in antiquity is so well recorded as you would expect from God.

You really are new to this board, aren't you? Yes, many many of us had all this dinned into our heads from earliest infancy. It's not news to us. The phrase "145 facts of Christ" doesn't say much. You need to be more specific. As for "49 earliest documents," what does being "early" have to do with accuracy? I'm afraid you are in for a disappointment when you find how many people here really know the early documents and yet disagree with you. If you expect to establish that Jesus was divine through documents, you might as well give up now. It ain't gonna happen. Harry Potter is one of the "best documented" characters of the early 21st century. So....?

I suppose this post will be wasted. There is obviously no point in saying anything to MOTG/Troy. It's just obvious from the saintly and patient attempts of David B to get him to be specific about anything that he is here only to preach and not to argue.

Too bad. After reading the rest of the thread, I was going to congratulate him. Just think of all those Muslims, Hindus, Calvinists (Catholics? Methodists? Lutherans? Episcopalians? Quakers? Unitarians?---who knows how many) who are going to hell because they don't understand God's word as revealed to HIMSELF!! Wasn't that just so damn LUCKY for him? One chance in many billions to win the getting-into-heaven lottery, and HE WON IT! Oh my friends, Gawd is merciful (to MOTG/Troy---too bad for everybody else, though).

No question about it since, as Toto indicated several posts ago, he has been banned.
