A lot of you atheists must get real restless around here because of the scarcity of theistic posts. A lot of the threads here are just atheists arguing amongst themselves.

But even the most innocent atheist post pointing out an observation or simple insight inevitably attracts the elitist atheist who relishes in arguing ANYTHING for sake of argument.

I bet if I made a post giving reasons why god doesnt exist, there would be a post or two by an atheist who will argue its existence just to take the opposing side for arguments sake. :Cheeky:

If they were decent, non-elitist people, they would just automatically agree with everything Christians say, or at least have the decency to stay in the back of the bus and keep their damn mouths shut.

Alright, serious seriousness now. It's interesting that you bring this point up, and your sentiment is understandable, but keep in mind that this is an Internet forum. There are bound to be trolls and the like at any board. I think that, because the argumentative people are more vocal, it seems as if there are more of them than there are.
I know that there are a lot of lurkers (I'm generally one myself) and I feel like a lot of them may hold off posting because they're intimidated by how dogmatic/argumentative some people can be. I was considering starting a thread to specifically poll all the lurkers on this board and get their feelings about this kind of thing.
