Drugs cause stress on certain levels in the body, enzymes that break them down, waste that distrupts homeostasis but I wouldn't say that they cause stress on every level, on some they are relaxing.

Actually on general principle drugs are fine, it's is just their abuse (overuse) is damaging (Ok tobacco damages in any quantity but I'm talking more than physical damage). Evil? (always a bad word to use). Relaxation is a good thing and makes SCIENTIFIC sense.

Military REgulation is an even better thing and makes Logical And Logistical sense, especially when OUR belief IS based in science. We can deal VERY much better with all of these crimes and the CAUSES of these crimes.
