Within a Christian paradigm, even, if the biblical writers spoke for God, there would be no need for the Word of God made flesh; we would already have the Word of God made paper. 			The way I understood the OP,Johnny wanted to know how faithful to the original documents is the translated version we have available now? But that is debatable to a point... Now, Johnny doesn't like to take prisoners, so he went to the question, how much of the Bible teachings and ideas come directly from GOD and how much is the creation of the writer's minds? There is no debate there, unless you believe there is a God...But then to win that debate you would have to prove there IS a God... He tried to sneak that by Peter, but  hello? *This has been an advisory of your friendly board* Ok, carry on... |
