thats reasonable.. Hebrews 10.32 Remember those earlier days after you had recieved light, when you stood your ground in a great contest in face of suffering. This is what I went through 2 years ago at the SAB skeptics board. I was fairly new to the world of forums and unassuming of the hatred that exists out there. I talked about scripture and everyone ended up blaspheming and turning at me as individual. I went through all types of hatred and put-downs by the heathens that exist there. A deep dark abysmal pit of a skeptic board if I might add... Can we see where I am coming from? |

In other words, you're saying: Jesus loves me, This I know 'Cause my ego Tells me so. Jesus thinks that I'm hot shit, So don't say he's Full of it. Now, all of your Arguments I ignore with Confidence. Thanks to Jesus, I'm so blind, Reason cannot Change my mind. |

My advice is to go to church and ask questions. Not asking people on the internet what to do. |

To the OP, Just two questions:
1) If you were wrong, would you want to know it? 2) If so, given your current reliance on faith, and the impenetrable lead-lined box within which you have hermeneutically sealed ( ) your mind, how would you ever find out if you happened to be wrong? |

Visionary7- "dragged through spiritual mud by hardcore skeptics"
I think that you've come here because you have doubts. You are in a spiritual crisis and your are flirting with us heathen unbelievers in a futile attempt to strengthen your religious convictions. "Christ-believing christians " a bit redundant, don't you think? "Frankly I think God saw this lopsided injustice and decided to pamper me with monstrous and supernatural faith in the divine instead. In short, skeptics simply do not know what they are dealing with. " I think that you are in a crisis and need natural (not super natural) help. "Go figure..I've spent years try to convince others about Jesus, It's not suprise when I am suddenly given spiritual rocket boosters to elevate me above the stratosphere of bullcrap into divine truth. Thank you Jesus" You seem to have an imaginary friend that you talk to. It sounds like you've reached the point where your imaginary friend is talking back to you and giving you orders. I hope that you get help before it is too late. You are on very dangerous ground. "I'll end scaring people who do not believe because I myself have seen and heard it all." "that was over 2 years ago, I still can't get over how dark that board is." "Besides, doesn't all forms of doubt mentioned stem from mind of man?" Doubt does indeed come from the mind. It is a powerful tool that we use to discern fiction from reality. "And why does stuff I write get split and moved?" The moderators on this forum work hard to determine where these threads belong. Many of us have found out that the moderators have moved our threads. |
