Haran, my beef is not really with you here, but with the totally unexpecte and unwarranted attacks on my post which I though was just a fun nitpick.

Nevertheless, if I was quoted on "atheists say the darndest things" - and I think noone doubts some list along those lines exists - as saying "all theists think they are better than atheists" (I might have even said that sometime in the heat of discussion) I don't think that would bother me at all.
And if that list ridiculed statements like "the earth is older than 5000 years", "there is plenty of evidence for evolution", "why don't you follow Jesus' advice to sell all your possessions and give to the poor?" or other wacky things those atheist maniacs might say I would frankly rather find it amusing than offensive.

Maybe Winace's list annoys you so much because deep down you feel he may have a point?

afterthought: Maybe winace put your statement on the list because the Bible tells you not to judge others (although knowing the Bible it is probably a good guess that it also states the exact opposite of that somewhere)
