				 | Has a trial on BGod been conducted here?

I was wondering has a trial ever been conducted here? With todays modern concepts that Innocent until proved guilty (American system). Of course it would have to be done and moderated with a judge (procedural dictate) bailiff (moderator) jury of 12 (who will debate the outcome of guilt or innocence in private) a knowledgeable Defendant (God who can intellectually defend the existence) his legal Representative (must be versed in the Abraham religions) a defense litigator (equally versed) and witnesses? True it would be cumbersome to do but i think would be a wonderful exercise. Basically the judge would rule on procedures as in a modern day court. To keep it to a manageable roar the moderator (bailiff) would need to make it accessible to those allowed to participate although it could be viewed by all. this could be a grand debate. Each camp can pick their best for who is what or we could simply take volunteers (not always the best course). Evidence would have to be presented not linked to another website to be considered. if i am off base tell me to get bent and i will do so. |

I've felt for awhile now that God should be put on trial for crimes against humanity. I believe it was the Jewish critic Israel Sharak who wrote that God was actually put on trial for abandoning his chosen people in one of the Nazi death camps. They found him guilty ... then adjourned for evening prayer. |

It will have to be conducted with the defendant being "in absentia". |

Is "BGod" the god of the bible? If so, when did this become a standard abbreviation?

This subject has been discussed recently and here is an excerpt adapted from my final post in that thread. (now locked) An impartial Jury, has a duty to hear, and to examine ALL of the evidence presented by both the Defense AND the Prosecution, only then may the Jury reach any decisions regarding the case. This "witness", the "client", [B Gawd] and his words are the "accused", and what is on trial. So although we are all aware that B Gawd has been directly implicated, and has even admitted to, and has caused books to be written to publicly boast of his being personally responsible for multiple mass-murders, arson, theft, animal abuse, and sundry other depredations against man and beasts, We must allow him to testify in his own behalf. All of his words have been entered into The Court records, and it is the understanding of The Court that the words of his testimony are finished. Such a Trial by Jury requires that his tesimony be thouroughly examined and cross-examined by the Prosecution, and that his evil acts be brought to light, so that an impartial Jury might render a just judgement. Your client is charged with, and has confessed to; either being directly and personally responsible for, or aiding and abetting the crimes of; 1. multiple mass-murders. 2. inciting civil disobedience and insurrection 3. arson 4. theft 5.gross and wilful animal abuse. 6. breach of contract. 7. Various and sundry other depredations against both man and beast. The record of his testimony, and that of his witnesses has been boasting and contradictory, and often confused, vague, and delusional. Actully, the only defense that would make any sense in his case, is "the insanity defense". He most certainly ought to be permanently "put away" as an known repeat offender, and a threat to public welfare and safety. Bringing in a guilty verdict on the first six charges, the Prosecution will rest on the seventh. |

I would also suggest each team have in their disposal a team of researchers at most 3 each. I think a charge should be displaying supernatural activity and leaving its magical realm or place of origin or to the nearest convenient parallel dimension. |
