Default The Riddle of The Sphinx

An Inscription was found near the Sphinx which reads as follows:

One night
In dreaming
Came to Me
The spirit
Of The Sphinx
In His passing
He spoke on to Me
Words of Great Wisdom

"Thutmose, here
Is your True Destiny.
This land of Egypt
Is forever yours
To rule.
In return
Protect me
Always
From the Sands of Time.

As You are
I must be Free
From Head to toe
So that We BOTH
May see
The define Beauty
Of Creation.

Egypt is where your belief stems from. It has been adapted for Christianity and for all people Who understand it.

"Protect Me always from the Sands of Time" is a reference to Immortal Life and the Sands of Time running out.

That Osiris walks upon the "waters" of Creation is a here and now situation.

When Time runs out then We shall have to take to the Heavens above for man has diminished the life of this planet by overbreeding without thinking what they were really doing.

It is time to stop having children as the Sands of Time are overwhelming us all.

One day they will run out for everyone.

Ooh, nice story, I have one too.

There's this chiseler see? But he's more than just a chiseler; he's a great chiseler. An artiste. He lives in Egypt, oh, a few thousand years ago and like most people of his time, he believes in the Egyptian gods. He is commissioned to sculpt the image of a creature of the pantheon of his religion. He labors away and eventually makes this immense, admirable work of art.

He is very proud of his creation and thinks it deserves a nice epigraph honoring both it and the god it represents. After long thought, he thinks of a nice soundbite and carves it near his sculpture. It says vaguely, "I honor you great god, watch over us, for you shall last far longer than the lifetime of a mere man. Yet, by my honoring a god, I hope to also cheat time and see the unfolding of life past my mortal age.

He was proud too of this epigraph he had penned, though he had lifted a few lines of it from a song he heard the fishermen singing the day before as was on his way to the syphilitic whore's hut.

Just a few days later he accidentally gashes his arm while chiseling in his basement. Although his injury does not appear too serious, it becomes infected. Within three weeks he dies from an infection that could easily have been remedied with a short Keflex series. He does not live to see the dedication ceremony of his creation.

A few thousand years later an individual takes the chiseler’s epigraph, just 206 years after the nose of the chiseler's creation is shot off by a Napoleonic soldier, and after attempting to invest it with authority by appeal to a religion of the time, inexplicably analogizes it to problem of overpopulation either in the end-time of man, or the end-time of man because of the overpopulation. It is an eerily profound and sensible moment.

Default Rats!

Personally I think that it all got away from God as people seem to think that they have to breed like lemmings and overpopulate the entire planet whilst fighting over everything, including their damned hole, instead of it all being a self-sustainable Heaven.

Very much bla, bla, bla about "religion" and NONE at all about the PRACTICAL application of PLANET management.

After all we do live here.

But we are NOT living in ... peace!

It was a lot better in a dream I had a long time ago it seems now.

She was Golden, She was Stardust, and We wanted to get back to the Garden.

But they blew it all to hell.

All because of that damned :boohoo: on the roof and his lemming/rats.

I would smash ALL musical instruments and live together on a desert island rather than spend an eternity waiting for the Red of Sunday and the Black of Saturday to bloody-well "marry" each other.

What an incredible farce.

We need the Pied Piper of Hamlin or the Pied Fiddler of Hell to lead them all away and let us live here in peace, as We had wanted to do.

Stuff your babies back into the hole they came from.

I have had more than enough of the lot of you.

Paradise well and truly thrown away.

Great, why doesn't your God get off of His Fat Ass and do something about it?

Never be afraid to share your dreams with the world, because there's nothing the world likes more than the taste of really sweet dreams.

And we would have too except for that damned Ikari Shinji and the Longinus Lance.

No.

Just Fair-play and Fair Regulation, according to RE.

RE ... is ... The Light.

RA ... is ... anger.

I am not lauging and I am not joking either.

Nor do I find anything to be amusing.

The wreckers pour scorn on God's Creation and on His drem for the people of this planet.

They invent stupidities. "To be or not to be."

They spend ALL of their time lying for they know that, if they repaeat the lie often enough then people will think that it is the truth.

They speak with a double-tongue, double think, double speak.

Like two snakes.

One red snake and one black snake.

They invent "religion(s)" which are false.

To see just how false they really are, just take a look at the mess this world is in.

And they would blow their trumpet and say, "Another fine mess ... You ... got us into."

But then they are fools.

I know. We Egyptians built them to guide you and to say that We had been here.

But they are not immortal.

Pharaoh = Enlightened

I actually think that the Sphinx has no Egyptian origin whatsoever. The archaeoligical testing on the Sphinx, in particular the weathering striations predate later attempts to modify the head. Therefore as far as the written record stands, it cannot possibly be attributed to Egyptians. They inherited and then modified its form. This is intended to keep the topic on a more rational and factual basis, so if anyone has any serious thoughts about my rejection please feel free to respond. Heurismus.
