John 3:6 'What is born of the flesh is flesh and what is born of the spirit is spirit.'

Does this mean that the author of John considered that there could be spiritual bodies, as contrasted with bodies of flesh, or would he thought that a spiritual body contained spiritual flesh - as many apologists claim? To me it seems a repudiation of the idea that Heavenly things are flesh. |

Isn't this more to do with good and evil? Flesh is of the world, sinful, spirit is of God, Good?

			 Quote:

Those reborn from carnal desire will come from the earth in Rev.13 (the second beast) while those born of God will be the first beast of Rev.13. Born of God is in purgatory for 42 months and the others in purgatory for life. Renewal of mind and body takes place in purgatory. Failure to renew is what turns purgatory into hell on earth. |
