They don't mean the sort of troll you hear about in Lord of the Rings.

Troll is internet slang for someone's who sole purpose of posting on a forum is to cause trouble. For example, I would be trolling if I posted on a forum saying "Your all a bunch of losers." A post like that would certainly get angry replies, and start flame wars.

It's not CF. If that's from Fritz, it's from either christianity.com or crosswalk.com. Both of those have crazy strict rules. Christianity.com is the only board I've ever been banned from, because I advocated "anti-Christian ideas." And at least you got an email. I'd posted there for awhile without ever getting so much as a warning and then they banned me without notice.
