Mysterious, don't you think that expecting someone to have sex with people that they aren't attracted to is a form of sexual abuse? It would certainly feel abusive to me to be expected to have sex with anyone that asked.

Everything they know as right and wrong about sex was illegally forced on them by society eg parents, authority, environment, etc against their will but if the sexual choices, decisions, rights,etc became 100% liberated and free-will, and there was nobody to push anything on them or stop it, society would definitely rethink sex!

The "benefit" here is one-sided and would be agreeable only to the person who wants the sex. It's a bad idea and goes against human nature. There's a reason that we are selective and do not put out with just anyone who wants to fuck us.

And I don't see how abuse can be defined at all if one can do anything that he/she wants to you sexually.

Exactly. This sounds to me like recycled 'just lie back and enjoy it' comments about sexual abuse, but I don't think that's where mysterious is coming from at all. I'm sure that he has a much more unique and interesting rationale for this : )

Im not too sure what your driving at Mysterious, but i have to say ive turned own offers of sex and believe me, i reeeeally like sex.(i actually have a border line problem with it).

Ive accepted offers based on personality, appearance even material possessions (no, im not riddled with guilt).Sometimes ill even toss out a freebie if i kind of like them and there all nervous/shy/stressed, whatever.

Ive been turned down, although not as much as i tought would happen, and its no biggie.Do you know why?

I take pleasure from giving pleasure to a loved one, not from the mere mechanics of sex.

IOW if i have no connection at all, im not inclined to initiate or recieve any type of sexual behaviour.Yes im a guy, so this may be skewed, though in my experience i doubt it.

Besides which it really annoyes me when sex is blamed for all types of bizarre shit, but how can sex think?

*by using my intelligence, a minimum of effort and an acceptance of my human drives, i have remained clear of all disease and unwanted pregnancy for many years now.

Well, yeah, you can't rape someone who always says yes. However, even nymphomaniacs and satyriasis sufferers will turn people down, so this is highly unrealistic. Furthermore, many rapists get off explicitly on the fact that the victim isn't consenting.

No wait, those parties still have rules defining what's appropriate and what isn't. Well you seem like a resourceful person, I'm sure you'll find some way of scratching this itch you have without getting into trouble.

I wouldn't like such a society. I want to retain the right to say no to anyone who I don't want to have sex with. I've known a few women that hit on me that I wasn't interested in, so I did not have sex with them (and I refused to date them), and there are women that I would like to have sex that don't want to have sex with me. I would be against obligating them to do so, even if the pressure is only social, it's wrong in my opinion.

Basically for such a society to work, you need social rather than parental responsibility for children. Once women are not worried about having help for raising children they wouldn't worry about having sex much.
