It has been scientifically determined that it is not possible to detect Christian parody, but I suspect this is a spoof.

He feels it's his duty to ration his fat wife's food so she'll lose weight and she accepts it as her wifely duty. Uh Huh.

His co-author wants to build a christian town with stocks and pillories and a shanty town for the sinners, and Married people have to sleep in twin-size beds and have cameras in their bedrooms and loudspeakers for the elders to yell at them if they get too frisky.

Last but not least, it's in dark colors. This is a common mistake spoofers make. Most christian sites designed by christians for christians are done with bright colors.

Not enough content here for humor. Off to ~E~
