Is it just me, or does that look less like a virgin and more like a giant set of labia?

The thing is..what does the Virging Mary accomplishes by appearing in something like that?

Wouldn't it be more helpful if she just appeared in the middle of Irak and stopped the war by uniting both sides in peace or something like that?

And when the Virgin allegedly appears to simpletons to deliver messages, why does she sound more like a vacuous beauty pageant contestant ("Pray for world peace") than someone who, if not smart herself, at least has access to a really, really smart god from whom she could pass along something profound or useful? For once I'd like to have one of these contactees tell us something they couldn't possibly have thought up themselves unless they possessed savant abilities, like a proof of Riemann's Conjecture.

Cajela- you're not far wrong.

Then again, study the shapes and lines in most images of Mary, and they all look like the female crotch. Coincidence? I think not.

This reminds me of the Daily Show last night when they had the bit about the bed sheet that someone peed on that they claimed looked like the virgin mary. Call me crazy, but considering how divine the virgin mary is supposed to be wouldn't she make herself appear in a way better then in a taco, a dirty window, an underpass stain, or the infamous grilled cheese sandwich from ebay?

Default I bet someone has done this one already

My sandwich had the word 'Allah' spelled out in it. I accidentally rearranged five fridge magnet letters in that precise order on top of the butter. I am writing a book about my experience. And visiting my dentist.

Or even something like "the leaves of the small plant with white flowers found at (GPS coordinates xxx/yyy in some unexplored Amazon valley) contains a chemical that cures leukemia."

That stain reminds me of the figures from that famous Munch painting "The Scream".

Did anybody ever find a picture of Mary that is 2000 thousand years old? It might be interesting. For someone that is suppose to be well known, someone should have painted a pictureof her.
