The move is being criticized by a human-rights organization that is skeptical of the company's safeguards against employee abuse."

The subtext here is interesting. Mosher has long been a strident critic of China. There was a flap several years ago when apparently the Gov't of China tried to put pressure on his Univ to prevent it from giving him a PHD. As I recall he has close connections to the Kuomintang in Taiwan.
