I wouldn't. I'm not going to comment on Mark one way or another, but Matthew was definitely not Jewish. He was anti-Jewish.

I'd like to restrict my discussion to one at a time, so that I can devote fuller attention to the topic, but if you'd like, after the discussion of Mark, I will gladly argue the converse--that Matthew is unmistakably Jewish.

I wasn't specifically thinking of that, but if 3 Corinthians is not only spurious (which is obvious) but actually composed by the author of the Acts of Paul (which is probable but not certain), then it would be a very good example.
