I know this doesn't belong in BC&H, but i'm hoping the mods will let this one slide, since it's about soccer history

There's this quiz in a newspaper in Israel, about the FIFA World Cup. I have been searching for the solution in the statistics along with some other guys from a betting forum, but nothing seems to work. We're using a word-by-word english translation that we suspect is wrong, so I would really apprecate it if someone really knowledgeable in modern Hebrew would be so kind to tranlate this text to english for us. Also, if there's any possible double-meaning to any word, please mention both... Here goes:

If we win the prize, we're more than willing to share it with the person(s) that can shed some light into this quiz, cause we're in a dead end right now with our current english version.
