			Notice how they weasel from "was he resurrected?" to "was he even real?" A pretty underhanded bait-and-switch from the mythicist poobahs.

			I would have thought that one of the ways to show that there was no resurrection might be to address the possibility of the mythical and theological invention of the figure of Jesus. Where is the bait-and-switch?

			The very fact that there is a QUEST for the historical Jesus MUST imply that the present Jesus of the NT is NOT known to be a figure of history.

			That's what I'm saying: mythicism is a big problem for many rationalists, so it is sneaky to bring it into a course on the Resurrection, which most rationalists already reject.
