Bump back to the top. This thread has been buried for awhile. Does anybody else out there have something like this?

I don't even have a car, but I read that the president of Florida Atheists had his "ATHEIST" license plate recalled on account of being offensive. He in the process of suing to get it back, but I don't know if he won or not.

As soon as I get my personal car out of the shop, it is getting a plate (probably backwards or dyslexic) along the lines of:
T5I3HTA
N3HTA3H <- ya, the N is backwards
DOG ON
SSELDOG
The dyslexic ones will have a frame saying something like "Ain't dyslexia fun" or "Am I dyslexic, or is it just em?"

I don't have a link, but IIRC he got the head of the DMV to overrule the decision and he kept the plates.

wade-w: I had two Darwin fish logos (one on a sticker, one actual fish emblem) on my car while stationed in SC and had no problems. Had a co-worker down there who one day was cutting some magnetic tape into little 'L' shapes to add the feet to all of the Jebus fish!

I can't get JESUS HAS BEEN FRIGGIN' DEAD FOR 2000 YEARS! GET OVER IT! onto a license plate. I was disappointed.

Yes, and the police are out there directing traffic at the New Life Church. Supposedly they are off duty police that are being paid by the church to direct traffic.
