No, No, No!!! You present propaganda and mis-leading information. This is completely unacceptable. You appear to be spreading erroneous information without making any attempt to correct your errors.

Justin DISTINTCLY made reference to the Memoirs of the Apostles called Gospels when he wrote about the Ritual of the Eucharist.

Justin did NOT make any reference to 1 Cor.11.26-29.

First Apology LXVI
Quote:
...For the apostles, in the memoirs composed by them, which are called Gospels, have thus delivered unto us what was enjoined upon them; that Jesus took bread, and when He had given thanks, said, "This do ye in remembrance of Me, this is My body;" and that, after the same manner, having taken the cup and given thanks, He said, "This is My blood;" and gave it to them alone.

Which the wicked devils have imitated in the mysteries of Mithras, commanding the same thing to be done. For, that bread and a cup of water are placed with certain incantations in the mystic rites of one who is being initiated, you either know or can learn.

vague not really since the oldest refference we have to the Eucharist is with paul.
nonsense.

Neither of us knows the dates of authorship of any of this crap.

Justin Martyr's explanation to the emperor can just as easily be drawn from Mark 14: 22-25, or gospel of Matthew. You have simply furnished yet another instance where Paul draws from the extant gospels.

since pauls historicity and dating is not up for debate by proffessionals you cant say he didnt draw from paul.

with that said, you would have had a better arguement claiming the Eucharist was common oral tradition that paul and justin both pulled from.

Of course there is no reasono on earth to accept the Justin text less critically than one would accept the epistles.

Just as in the case of the epistles there is not a drop of evidence that this Apology was ever written by anyone in the second century to any emperor, or that such an emperor ever received it. This is besides the lack of logic of the Apology itself as an appeal to an emperor.

There is a discussion at Justin and Paul

It concludes that although Justin and Paul share some distinctive ideas and vocabulary it cannot be established that Justin had a direct knowledge of Paul's letters.

Give a specific reference to the chapter and verse in Galatians and the corresponding section in "Discourse to the Greeks" (there is no second Discourse to the Greeks.)

You lack knowledge of scholarship. Scholars have NOT provided any actual evidence that the Pauline writings were composed before c 68 CE.

The Pauline writings are PRESUMED to be early by Scholars.
