"Hate" of lifestyle of father, mother, sister, brother, even your own life-style in religion, can be seen in atheists who let go of the supernatural religion after coming to the conclusion that reality is all there is. They leave their family religious belief behind. Hate is then a good thing in getting rid of all the BS one has grown up with even though love of family remains.

Jesus was probably taking into consideration the many links to the Pharisees and Sadducees doctrine in family ties. His disciples were expected to be loyal to his teaching only, not calling any other person "master" or "Lord", else his purpose would have been of no effect. Whatever anyone had learned they would have been expected to shun it and take up the cross[doctrine] of Jesus and follow him, otherwise he didn't want them to become his disciple. Loyalty was also stressed in the example of the man who would build a house. Would he start the construction and not finish it or would he continue working until the house was completed.

Perhaps, but the OP didn't request any personal interpretations or explanations for the supposed -intents- of any of Jesus' "commandments".
In answer to the question that was asked, it is only proper to include his commandment to;
"Hate your father, mother, wife, children, brothers, sisters, and also your own life." Luke 14:26- chose to express it this way.

Thus far, no one has thought it necessary to provide their personal interpretations or explanations for the first nine commandments listed in the OP.
A list, is a -list-,
not a proper place to insert personal interpreting, explaining, and expounding, according to anyone's personal theological bents.

Jeffrey Gibson expressed some doubt that this list actually contained commandments issued by Jesus to His followers. He asked for some clarification (i.e., the reference verses) for the list was derived.

He may think that there may have been some personal interpreting, explaining, and expounding, according to anyone's personal theological bents involved in deriving the list.

Jeffey says; Jeffey Gabsome doesn't like "aa what's his name", and seeks for any opportunity to engage in his personal vendetta against aa5874, and tries to turn every thread into another one of his personal pissing contests.

There was no request for Jeffey or anyone else to supply us with thinly disguised Christian sermons.
