I have not been to grad school but I have been through the application process.

My advice having seen someone who did it right--shmooze the prof you think you'll be working with a little bit before you apply.

And GRE scores aren't the be-all, end-all. My GRE scores were impressive, but I found my admission or lack of admission depended on the papers included in my riting portfolio.

I just lost the double-you letter on my keyboard so don't make jokes about me typing riting! :crying:

I just told my husband my double-u as gone and he said that's very eird. hat could be the problem? :rolling:
