May I recommend "walk away from fundamentalism?"
You might soon have major career and life changes to make, and you need to be aware of the repercussions. A recent Archishop of York - David ? got into real trouble by calling the virgin birth mythological in the anglican church, so it is possible to believe it is a myth and be a xian, but to be honest you have opened pandora's box by wanting to stick with truth. The truth will set you free but it is very different truth to a religious concept of truth. If the virgin birth is mythological, maybe the person who was born is mythical as well. Live long and prosper! |
