"Miracle baby" birthmark
When I first saw it(before I read the text), I saw Mickey Mouse. After reading the text, I still see Mickey Mouse. |

You're right, it looks like Mickey. Though it seems that his neck has been obliterated, leaving only a spinal column. I suppose it could be the letter W, but SkeleMouse is a much more interesting interpretation.

I think it is so obvious that it is Mickey mouse with an exposed spinal column, that I doubt much more can be said.

I see a sweet little baby with a birthmark that will, unfortunately, grow up in a land torn apart by religious/ethnic hatred...and that people are using to fuel that hatred.
