I'm sure the stock miracle will arise when all the people who keep rubbing their hands on Our Lady of the Leak, then rubbing their faces while crossing themselves, don't come away with some hideous illness. It seems so very unhygienic there . . .

LOL! I, too, took a look and thought it looked more like a pagan revelation of a woman's holy of holies.

And alas, the rational part of me thought that it looks just like all the other stains on underpasses and places were liquid permeates *ahem*.

Once, a very long time ago, when I was about seven, I saw a pattern of wood stain on my bedroom door that I thought looked like Jesus. I figured JC was trying to send me a message, I was all excited. So I ran and got my sister and all coyly said, "Look at the back of the door. What do you see?"

She looked at it for a minute, thought about it, and said, "Kinda looks like Cher." This left me speachless for a long moment, and when I looked again... behold, it did look like Cher! :wide: And here I thought I was all special and stuff.... :crying:

Needless to say, I rather quickly plastered over that spot of the door with an a Ghost in the Shell poster. :Cheeky:

Went past the Kennedy on the way to my cousin's birthday party yesterady. At the rate they're going, they'll have a pews and a shrine by the beginning of June.

Maybe it's like a divine ink-blot test? The saved see the Virgin Mary, the unsaved see Mary's Virginity.... :devil3:

I think someone else has pointed this out, but how do these people even know what Mary looks like?

I've had the silhouette of Abraham Lincoln appearing on my bedroom wall for about three months now. True, it might just be the shadow from the pile of books nearby. Or, it may be Raymond Massey. He's very creepy, though, and I wish he'd go away.

I also once saw a perfect image of Batman jerking off appear in the dregs of a cup of Starbucks' cocoa. My friends confirmed the sighting, or at least humored me.

Why do I only get secular and/or perverted miracles?

Does anyone know exactly where this thing is? I'm half tempted to go see it...but I don't want to just blindly drive along the Kennedy. I suppose I'd notice the crowd...but anyway, where is this thing?

Mostly in the minds of the beholders.

Sorry but I can't give you any better directions that that.

Cheers,
