We all know that the Nazis had certain ideas about race, genetics, etc. And nearly all of us know that those theories turned out to be remarkably far from the truth. But some of us cling to them anyway. Why, I can't say. So let's take turns pointing out some of the more obvious ironies and silliness associated with these racial theories, historically and in the modern world.

I'll start with the German a-bomb project. By using only non-Jewish scientists, the Nazis insured they would never have the help of such subhumans incapable of any serious intellectual feats as:

Nowadays, racists are frequently willing to admit that non-white people can excel in athletics. But many of us remember that this was not always the case. Then there was Hitler's plan to invade Russia. A very stupid idea, as anyone with an ounce of brains and a basic knowledge of European history can tell you. Hitler believed however that Eastern Europe was occupied by Slavic subhumans, suitable only to be hewers of wood and bearers of water. He believed they had neither the scientific ability nor the fighting spirit to stand up to him. Here, of course, is how it ended:
