And then he gave the above quote. His problem was that he made the little goof of thinking we have manuscripts from ~100CE, and called that the "first century" instead of "second century". I hope he's not Catholic, or else that personality trait could make Confessions rather torturous for him.
whether 37CE is classed as 'early' 1st century is debateable I suppose but hardly stupid.
(the restof his post is stupid though)
He was classing >100CE as "early first century". That's fuckin' stupid.

Dam, I'm like a cat looking for a new ball of yarn.
I'm jealous. Your clown actually presents arguments. Crappy arguments, but still...

I read though Call them like I see them's posts there, and he is really focused on you Stacy. His posting reminds me of a child acting up to get a parents attention.
So what is your plan on dealing with him?
Well, he was totally impervious to all my usual tactics for getting people to act like halfway decent human beings, so I've had to give up on getting any productive dialog out of him. However, I'll continue taking his rabid ranting and insults just because we have an audience, and he makes Christians look really bad in front of them. Which I like. :devil1:

ETA: Yes, of course, you can come play with him!
