Religious people aren't always ignorant of science. Just some of them. I know many christians who aren't stupid or gullible enough to believe the literal stories of the Old Testament. So a person's religion, by itself, tells you nothing about how scientific their beliefs are.

Now that your little attempt at a distraction has been dealt with - have you mustered up the courage to deal with the topic at hand yet?

Only that your website is a homemade whackjob website, complete with unscientific claims and assertions about what that Egyptian text demonstrates.

*sigh*

Poor arnoldo. You see, I own Redford's book. I've owned it for more than a decade. I can assure you that it does not support your viewpoint.

Noone on this forum wants your assurances,
Pity, since you could certainly use them.

Quote:
since you have the book please provide evidence
I am not required to provide evidence here. You are the one claiming that Redford supports this nonsense - it's your claim, you prove it.

which supports your Ad hominem stance towards Donald Redord.
You can't even keep the argument straight, arnoldo. What I said about Redford is that he does *not* support your view, nor the view of your tabloid website. My saying that Redford does *not* believe silly nonsense is hardly an ad hominem, especiall considering that he's a reknowned historian and archaeologist.

And yet their fossils have been found. As recently as 2004 Russian Scientists discovered the graves of Giants. Also those megalithic stones that has scientists scratching their heads as to how such stones were moved coupled with the finds of giants and the depiction of dinosaurs in ancient art presents a big problem to established views.
Right. And Elvis is not dead, just living on planet Beta 9 with JFK and Marilyn Monroe.

Hint: the National Enquirer is not a science source, sugarhitman.

What you believe has been told you from men but evidence is stacking against them.
Apparently it isn't - of course, if you think otherwise, feel free to provide links to support these ridiculous claims.

So does that mean you do not believe Muhhamed flew into heaven? You don't believe that he spoke "to Gabriel" or the "ginn" or do you only take a scientific position when blasting Islam's enemy? "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" sort of approach? Because the veiws of Islam (your faith) is at odds with science as well.

So does that mean
No derails - nice try, but it's not working for you today.

Have you mustered up the courage to deal with the topic at hand yet?

Thats very interesting that you accuse christians of believing in things not backed by science and yet your own faith has similiar beliefs.

This is not a derailment that accusation of yours was quite revealing. I'm beginning to see the Islamic tactic at work here.

It's beside the point, I'm agnostic, let's keep on topic. Stupid religious mythology is not the thread title, let's deal with one silly mythology at a time.

I already addressed that.

Yes it is, because I already addressed it and you keep avoiding the topic at hand. Are you ready to address it now? Or do we continue to watch you duck and run?
