Default Don't Feed the Homeless.

http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems...4/s1891544.htm

[That's ABC Australia BTW]

At least not in Orlando or without a permit or within 2 miles of orlando city hall or whatever.
From the link
[I][Police in the United States city of Florida have arrested an activist for feeding the homeless in downtown Orlando.

According to police, Food Not Bombs charity group spokesman Eric Montanez was charged with violating a controversial law against feeding large groups of destitute people in the city centre.

Mr Montanez was filmed by undercover officers on Wednesday as he served "30 unidentified persons food from a large pot utilising a ladle," an arrest affidavit said.

Must have been a slow crime day.

Interesting communism fact. Early communist thinkers said that it was best not to give charity to the destitute because it would delay the class struggle.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he did it to get arrested on purpose. That is an absolutely horrible law and it needs to be challenged. I would personally rather give food then money anyway. The police shouldn’t be wasting their time having to enforce stupid laws like this.

"Give me your hungry, your tired your poor I'll piss on 'em
That's what the Statue of Bigotry says
Your poor huddled masses, let's club 'em to death
and get it over with and just dump 'em on the boulevard"

Free food is a good concept if accompanied by a clause that the recepient of the food signs a contract not to have more than one child. This will solve the over population and starvation problem. Ther is enouugh fodd for everyone on this planet. It is the other resources which are in shortage..

I think it is stupid to restrict charity in this way. I don't think any conditions whatsoever need to be laid on charitable donations. And eugenics / birth control have to be pursued independently of social security and charity.

Eugenics?

Ugh. Wait long enough and ANYTHING will come back in style.

I mean if it comes back into style. I don't think it should be linked with charity.
