Not to mention the days of Adam's name in the long running 930 years of existing tribal affiliations. And then his name died out. So Adam died in the day that he was created, according to the scriptures.
You mean the woman was taken from her man and stayed in Eden while Adam left with 'the maid he married' and called her Eve.

No No. Here's what I mean. Eve was taken out of Adam's tribal people[rib] by God, who took her to Adam, thus she was a "fit" mate for him. (DNA applies.) Ancient tribal people "married" within their own blood relative groups. Adam was the first man who God chose to leave his own group and start his own name "Adam" or "Adamites"; and the same story is repeated with Abraham and his leaving to start his own name as "House of Abraham".

"closing up the flesh thereof", indicates the separation of Adam's people from other peoples; just as circumcision separated Abraham's house from other peoples.

(note: bold from me)
That article could easily be referring to Neolithic or other prehistoric cultures, no knowledge of which would have passed on to Iron Age West Semites. I'm an archaeology student focusing on historical ANE cultures, and I don't believe I've come across one reference to cannibalism in my reading.
I think the prohibition against pork is all about cannibalism = )

People, the other other white meat.....
